Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn sneakers in their original CLAE shoebox and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
